1. Managing accounting and financial work
- Organizing the accounting system to suit the specific characteristics of a construction business (works, projects, costs by item).
- Inspecting and controlling all accounting documents, ensuring they are valid and legal.
- Preparing and presenting periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Monitoring and controlling cash flow, balancing income and expenditure for the whole company.
2. Managing construction costs
- Monitoring, gathering, and controlling costs for each construction/project.
- Reconciling actual costs with estimates, warning about cost overruns.
- Coordinating with the Site Management Board to control materials, labor, and machinery.
- Checking construction payment and finalization dossiers.
3. Tax work and financial legal compliance
- Organizing the declaration and finalization of taxes in accordance with regulations.
- Working with tax authorities, audits, and inspectors when necessary.
- Timely updating legal regulations on finance - accounting - tax.
4. Managing liabilities
- Controlling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitoring the payment progress of the Project Owner.
- Proposing debt recovery plans and limiting financial risks.
5. Internal management of the accounting department
- Assigning and controlling the work of accounting personnel.
- Building internal accounting processes and regulations.
- Training and guiding professional skills for staff.
6. Advising the Board of Directors
- Analyzing financial situations and project efficiency.
- Proposing cost control solutions and profit optimization.
- Participating in building annual financial plans and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Controlling and approving financial documents according to decentralization.
- Proposing measures to handle financial violations.
- Requesting departments to provide documents and data for accounting work.
- Providing opinions in decisions related to finance, investment, and contracts.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Graduated in Accounting, Finance, or related majors
- Has at least 03 – 05 years of experience in an equivalent position (construction industry preferred)
- Mastery of accounting and tax professional skills, especially construction accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Honesty, carefulness, and responsibility in work
- Degree: University
- Full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance as regulated
- Working time: From Monday to Saturday morning.
- (Mon – Fri: 8:00 – 17:00; Sat: 8:00 – 12:00; Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00)
