- Support global customers and partners.
- Check customer emails every day and answer their questions about our services, quotes, or related things.
- Monitor online transactions, support our clients make payment via Internet.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Handle customer services inquires and sovle issues arising from customers/forwarders/ third-parties relating to the order processing, if any.
- Send quotations & cataloges, preparing contracts other certificates / confirmation notifications if client requested.
- Send arrival notice & payment request reminders to clients.
- Cooperate with other departments or related partners to supply services for clients.
- Make a report or other tasks as your leader requests.
REQUIREMENTS
Foreign Language & Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English communication skills (writing and speaking)
Skill and Knowledge Requirement
- At least 2 year experience
- Experience in Marketing and working with foreigners are big pluses.
- Have the customer care experience in majors of Business services, Finance, Bank/Tax and Travelling is preferred.
- Skills in document preparation and management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Persuasive, active listening, good communication and building business relationships
- Dynamic, creative and ability to work under pressure
